We’re delighted to be hosting two one-off dance workshops this Winter for adults over 60 – the workshops are suitable for beginner/intermediate level participants from a range of backgrounds to develop their understanding of ballet and contemporary dance, and express themselves creatively. The workshops will provide the opportunity to learn from industry professionals in a safe and supportive environment, whilst meeting new people from the local community. The workshops will include short exercises, the learning of movement sequences, travelling across the studio and creative explorations. They are also a fantastic supplement (or introduction) to our regular adult classes in Greenwich.

The workshops are taught by James Aiden Kay & Julian Lewis, who have extensive experience in both performing and teaching. Both classes will be accompanied live by the fantastic William South.
